[ for the record. It's night on July 7th. It's Tanabata night. It was too short notice since Haruki started to deal with his emo to make a proper festival... and honestly, he didn't want to be bothered with that. As noted here, if you were in his Brigade yesterday he went and got you a yukata. So you better be dressed in whatever he picked out for you or better.
As for himself? He's dressed in a much more ridiculous outfit because he wasn't feeling the yukata. Namely, he's decked out in a Samurai hakama he found in the store, except his is BRIGHT RED which clashes horribly with his bright yellow wings, but he couldn't care less.
Because right now he's outside the Brigade HQ. He'll be launching fireworks from time to time (so feel free to react to that too), most mostly he's just standing next to his collection of bamboo shoots here (some real, some fake) for people to put their wishes on. His two are already up there for those that look:
"I WISH THAT THE EARTH WOULD REVOLVE AROUND ME AS IF I WERE THE SUN" and "I WISH THAT KYONKO WOULD GROW TO BE A C CUP."
Let's have some fun with this, people! Also feel free to interact with each other in addition to him in this post. It's one of those mini-parties things.]
